Train the Trainer: seminar for training physicians.

“Train the Trainer: Weiterbildungsbefugte” is a 1.5-day in-person compact basic seminar for physicians authorised to provide medical further training in both outpatient and inpatient settings. It is organised by the Ärztekammer Berlin (Berlin Medical Association). The programme covers curricula and content of further training as well as formal, legal and organisational matters and communication with physicians in training. Topics range from competence-based curricula and documentation via (e)logbooks and the new training regulations to feedback training in small groups.
