A Christmas market on the Breitscheidplatz by the Memorial Church, one of the largest in the city, with thousands of Christmas baubles and numerous stalls. It offers crafts, gifts and festive treats ranging from roasted almonds and more than twenty mulled wine varieties to Nuremberg grilled sausages, accompanied by Christmas music. A beautiful Christmas tree is one of the highlights. The market runs daily except on November 15 and 22 and December 24, generally from 11 am to 9 pm, and until 10 pm on Fridays and Saturdays.
