About
A free holiday workshop at the MAXIM children's and youth cultural center, in which participants go on a research journey with the program THEATER – ENTDECKEN – GESTALTEN. It is run by Jugendweihe Berlin/Brandenburg e.V. It traces the history of the little milk house on Weißer See: why the children's hospital that opened in Weißensee in 1911 had its own cowshed, and how large parts of Berlin's population were supplied with dairy products of all kinds from Weißensee for decades – and asks where our milk comes from today and how important it is for our diet. A freshly prepared lunch as well as snacks and drinks are included for everyone daily; prior registration at MAXIM is absolutely necessary.
