About
„Wildtiere in der Stadt“ is a talk about Berlin's animal neighbourhood and the question of how people and wild animals can live together well in the city. Berlin's green spaces are home to foxes, wild boars, martens, hedgehogs and other animals, often in close proximity to people. Silke Voigt-Heucke, coordinator of Wildtiernah Berlin, gives an overview of current research and shows where Berliners can find advice and how they can get involved. The event is part of the Science Week „Wissen zwischen den Büchern“ and takes place in cooperation with Leibniz IZW.
