"Wir haben es nicht gut gemacht." Der Briefwechsel von Ingeborg Bachmann & Max Frisch
Berliner Ensemble, Bertolt-Brecht-Platz 1, 10117 Berlin, Mitte
Preis 25/9 EURO
About
A literary evening at the Berliner Ensemble titled "Wir haben es nicht gut gemacht." featuring readings of letters. Constanze Becker and Matthias Brandt read from the correspondence of Ingeborg Bachmann and Max Frisch, which comprises over 300 letters. The exchange of letters testifies to a life searching for love, recognition and freedom, lived by one of the best-known couples of German-language literature, and paints a new, surprising picture of the relationship that questions traditional judgements and accusations of guilt.
