"Wir sind nicht alt, aber sexxy!" is a musical-satirical cabaret programme at the Altstadttheater Köpenick. Cabaret artists Dagmar Gelbke, who once performed alongside Helga Hahnemann, and Margit Meller of the Frankfurt (Oder) cabaret "Die Oderhähne" play their aunts Trudchen and Irmchen. The two indestructible pensioners keep trying out new business ideas to top up their meagre widows' pensions — from market stalls to hired grandma duty at the parents' initiative "Genderblümchen" to phone sex. With humour, cunning and unshakable optimism, they hold on to their motto: We are not old! But sexxy!
