About
Yoga unterm Sternenhimmel is a relaxed yoga session in the planetarium hall, where participants practise on the open floor between the stage and the star projector. It is led by the Mahalaya Yoga-Studio, exploring the different qualities of Yin and Yang yoga to bring body and mind into harmony. For 60 minutes you let reality linger among the stars and return refreshed to earth. Bring your own mats or blankets, as there are no changing rooms on site.
