The Zwilling Schleifworkshop teaches participants how to sharpen knives properly themselves. In hands-on exercises with high-quality ZWILLING knives, the differences between a whetstone and a sharpening steel are explained and sharpening is practised step by step. Guided by experts, participants also receive tips on care, storage and preserving value. The workshop lasts about 45 minutes.
