About
Adult Beginners’ Session is a chess evening for adults who are relatively inexperienced at the game and want to improve. It is run by Hammersmith Chess Club, whose coach Jenny can be told in advance if you do not yet know how the pieces move. Players meet others of a similar level over the board, and the session suits adults new to chess up to around 900 on chess.com or lichess rapid/daily.
