Alumni Enterprise Network: talks on growing your business.

An evening networking event for aspiring entrepreneurs, self-employed professionals and small business owners, exploring what it takes to develop a business. It is the next event of Birkbeck's Alumni Enterprise Network and coincides with National Entrepreneurs' Day, celebrating entrepreneurship through the real-world experiences of two Birkbeck alumni. Alumnus Robert Vadai will speak on perseverance, purposeful communication and relationship-building in business, and alumna Frankie Hastings will lead a practical session on effective email pitching. Attendees can apply the ideas to their own work, share examples and learn from one another in a supportive environment, with a takeaway resource provided.
