About
Performance Makers: Theatre, Words & Movement is an 8-week project for 15–17 year olds at the Roundhouse, where participants create original live performance from scratch. Led by industry professional practitioners with backgrounds in contemporary performance art, it explores theatre, spoken word, and live art through writing, movement, improvisation, and collaboration. No previous experience is required, and the project ends with a Scratch Night showcase for friends and family in a professional studio. Sessions take place at Roundhouse Works Backstage Studio.
