About
Baby Sensory Storytelling: Tiny Tales from the Trees is a cosy storytelling session for babies and toddlers aged 0-2 in the Baby and Toddler Sensory Space. Led by Diana Redgrave, a storyteller and musician specialising in sensory stories for babies and toddlers, it is inspired by the American folktale Why the Evergreens Keep Their Leaves. It tells of a little bird with a hurt wing looking for a kind tree to shelter it for the winter. The half-hour session features puppetry, song and sensory elements such as soft and crunchy leaves, snowballs and wind and water.
