Celtic Calm is a half-hour gathering of quiet reflection and silent prayer in the Celtic Christian tradition, held in the candlelit crypt chapel. It begins with the lighting of a candle for peace in honour of St Brigid, the matron saint. A short biblical reading and reflection on a Celtic theme or saint lead into an extended time of silence, closing with prayers. All are welcome, whether staying the full thirty minutes or stepping in briefly.
