About
Conversational English Group is a free drop-in session where people can practise talking and listening in English. It is run by Ascension Church, whose leaders help participants with their spoken English. Each week the group picks a different topic to discuss, and attendees can suggest topics that would help with their life in England. The morning starts with an informal chat over coffee, followed by more structured conversation, and you can bring a friend along for support.
