Cosmopolis, Cronenberg's DeLillo adaptation, screening.

A screening of Cosmopolis, a drama about 28-year-old billionaire fund manager Eric Packer, who crosses a gridlocked Manhattan in an insulated stretch limousine to get a haircut. Directed by David Cronenberg, the film adapts Don DeLillo's novel and stars Robert Pattinson, Paul Giamatti, Samantha Morton and Juliette Binoche. Over one day, Packer is visited in the vehicle by advisers, his doctor, his wife and sexual partners, passes a presidential motorcade, a Sufi rap funeral and an anti-capitalist protest, and watches his funds collapse as he faces a 'credible threat'. Cronenberg, working with composer Howard Shore and cinematographer Peter Suschitzky, translates DeLillo's world to the screen, with dialogue taken straight from the page.
