Educational Supervisor workshop on supervising trainees.

A two-day workshop for doctors who supervise trainees' education, or who are about to take on that role. The Royal College of Physicians runs it, covering essential supervisory skills such as appraisals, feedback, objective setting and supporting underperforming trainees, in line with the Academy of Medical Educators' framework and General Medical Council standards. The price includes the option to complete a written assignment leading to formal recognition as an RCP accredited educational supervisor.
