Esoteric Book Club (November) – Monthly In-Person Event

The Esoteric Book Club is a monthly in-person gathering for those drawn to the world of occult literature. This session is led by Professor Allan Johnson and discusses W. Somerset Maugham's novel 'The Magician', about a sinister, charismatic magician based on the life of Aleister Crowley. Each session begins with a short illustrated talk on the author, historical context and esoteric themes, followed by group discussion, guided meditations and reflective exercises. Attendees should read the selected title in advance and bring a copy, along with a notebook and pen.
