About
Family Fun (5 - 10 yrs): Greek Myths with Vicki Psarias-Broadbent is a creative workshop for primary school children aged 5 to 10 at Leighton House. Families listen to stories read by bestselling author, screenwriter and TV director Vicki Psarias-Broadbent from her book 'Greek Myths, Folktales and Legends' (Scholastic), which celebrates her Greek-Cypriot heritage. Children then create their own Greek myth retelling and explore the historic house looking out for signs of the Ancient Greek world of storytelling. The 60-minute workshop in the Leighton House Learning Centre is followed by a special 30-minute Greek Myths trail, with children accompanied by an adult throughout.
