Forget-Me-Not Group is a friendly meeting place for people with memory problems and their friends and family, held as a social session at Balham Library. Run by the library, it offers a safe and supportive environment where people with memory problems and their carers can meet others socially. Visitors can chat and share experiences and information, join activities such as games, puzzles, singing, music and art, and sometimes hear from speakers. No booking is needed; just come along any Thursday and join in.
