A half-day event exploring how Freedom of Information requests can strengthen transparency and accountability in UK counterterrorism policy. Researchers Dr Sam Andrews and Dr Joshua Skoczylis will present findings from their study of FOI requests relating to Prevent, launch a searchable archive of previous requests, and introduce a new good-practice guide. The event also includes a practical workshop offering advice on writing effective FOI requests. It takes place at the Ealing campus (BY.GF.014) and via Teams.
