A documentary film screening followed by a discussion with Inna Shevchenko, who will introduce the film and take part in a Q&A. Shevchenko, a feminist activist of the Ukrainian FEMEN collective who has campaigned for the abolition of religion through provocative demonstrations, explores whether feminism and religion can coexist. In the film she travels from Copenhagen to New York, meeting female priests, rabbis, imams, theologians and atheists, and, while remaining critical of religious institutions, opens an honest dialogue with her religious counterparts and confronts the dilemma of what it means to be a religious feminist.
