Heavy Metal Therapy Peer Support Group

A monthly, in-person Heavy Metal Therapy “Be Reyt” peer support group, not a mental health service. Heavy Metal Therapy was founded by metalheads with lived experience of mental health struggles and/or professional training in mental health. Trained, DBS-checked facilitators lead confidential meetings that foster open discussion about mental health and sharing how metal music and its community have offered support. Sessions run from 6.00pm to 8.00pm and are free to join with no booking needed.
