About
Jessie Mazin plays a concert at the Courtyard Theatre in Hoxton, with support from Anya True, presented by SJM Concerts & Live Nation. Mazin is a singer-songwriter known for her weaving, emotive voice and incisive lyricism, moving between deeply personal reflections and politically charged themes. She began writing songs young, first on ukulele then teaching herself guitar, and emerged through platforms like TikTok with a raw, acoustic style rooted in real-time connection with listeners. Drawing on artists like Joni Mitchell and Phoebe Bridgers, she blends folk traditions with atmospheric, alternative influences, and has evolved her sound through studio work and collaborations with producers including Carlos de la Garza and Adam Melchor.
