Lantern Walks: hidden Marylebone, alleys and famous faces.
- Baker Street
- £10
About
A lantern evening walk of about 2.8 miles through the hidden quarters of Marylebone, held in a circular route from Baker Street and ending at the Metropolitan Bar. It is hosted by Kevin C., Super Organizer of the Meetup group Walks and Tours, whose London walks have explored Secret London for 15 years. Along the way walkers pass cobbled alleyways, historic pubs, Marylebone church, an old cemetery, and places linked to Meghan & Harry, Paul McCartney, Jimi Hendrix, Sir Arthur Conan Doyle and others. It costs £10 cash or card on the day, with half price if combined with a daytime Notting Hill walk, and participants are asked to arrive at least 15 minutes early by the Sherlock Holmes Statue.
