A fast-paced led walk of 3 to 4 miles around the ancient Ruislip Woods and Lido, an area full of nature. It is run by Hillingdon Council and is a grade 4 walk for people with a good level of fitness, covering stiles, slopes and uneven paths. Walkers meet at The Water's Edge Restaurant on the grassy area by the lake, with no booking needed and arrival ten minutes early for registration. Suitable footwear should be worn, dogs other than guide or assistance dogs are not allowed, and walkers under 16 must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
