About
Live Band Karaoke is a night where you take the stage yourself and sing with a five-piece live band, instead of singing to a recording. It is run by LBK, which stages regular public gigs in London and is also available for private hire. An online song list of around 400 songs can be browsed by QR code, you request your song through a web app, and you get text and email alerts when your turn is near. On stage, auto-scrolling lyrics and a compere offering backing vocals are there to guide you, with a crowd of singers from keen novices to semi-professionals.
