Lunchtime Singing Club

Lunchtime Singing Club is a relaxed, informal choir open to anyone who wants to sing, ideal for those exploring their voice, joining a choir for the first time, or returning after a break. Each session includes a warm-up focused on physical alignment, breath control and vocal range, followed by learning rounds and songs with multiple harmony parts. No auditions or music-reading skills are required; sheet music and lyrics are provided, but all parts are also taught by ear, and the term ends with an informal performance. The club is led by Martha Littlehales, a freelance conductor, pianist, singer and music educator whose practice spans classical ensembles, community and youth choirs, and musical theatre.
