About
Marla Kether (Full Live Band) is a live show by the London-born bassist, producer and DJ Marla Kether, who brings her six-piece live band to the stage. Blending jazz, funk, soul, UK funky and Brazilian influences, she performs grooves that move between the dancefloor and the pocket. The set draws on her new EP 'Luso', released via Strut Records, with collaborators including Mez, Reek0, Sofia Grant and the Brazilian duo Margaridas, following acclaimed work with Little Simz, Loyle Carner, Yazmin Lacey and Obongjayar. The event is presented by Jazz Cafe Presents and Columbo Music and is open to ages 16 and over.
