Morning Walking Group is an early Friday walk that sets off from the Poplar Bakehouse cafe for a circuit and ends back at the cafe with a coffee. It is run by local residents for the community, to help people start their day well, meet positive people and see the sun come up. Everyone from the local area is welcome, all ages and abilities, and in rain the group meets in the cafe for a warm drink instead. No booking is needed, just be ready to set off at 7.30am.
