About
'Peace in Ukraine' – London public meeting is a public meeting in London. It is organised by the Lewisham and Greenwich CND and the Lewisham Stop the War Coalition, with guest speakers Kate Hudson and Richard Sakwa. The meeting discusses the war in Ukraine, now in its fifth year, and argues against rearmament and rising military spending. It calls for a stable peace through neutrality and diplomacy, and for investing in welfare, healthcare, housing and education instead. Food is provided, children are welcome, and a donation is requested.
