People Need Parks winter 2026 - 50 plus Reggaectivity at Sophia House offers gentle workout sessions to help you get ready for the change of season, keep moving, connect and have some fun. The sessions are run as part of People Need Parks by Haringey Council and are for residents over 50. From October 2026 a small participation fee of £6 per session applies, with a £3 concessionary rate, and places must be pre-booked after creating an account.
