Premier League: Aston Villa – Fulham
Hercules Pillars, Great Queen Street 18, WC2B 5DG London, Holborn
£24
About
A live screening of the Premier League match between Aston Villa and Fulham at the Hercules Pillars, a pub near Covent Garden. The pub shows the football in a room it says predates the Georgians, alongside a happy hour with two-for-one cocktails, gin and tonics and stone baked pizza until seven, cask ale and prosecco by the bottle. The pub, which also has a Monday cocktail offer, invites visitors to settle in and let Covent Garden carry on without them.
