About

Relative Motion is a stage play, described as a romantic comedy that turns into a psychological thriller, running at the theatre's Little space. It is written by Stephanie Greenwood, who also plays Sam, directed by Wiebke Green, and presented by Very Rascals and Feuille Dooley Productions. It follows Sam, a busy physics PhD applicant caring for her mum through chemo, who meets up-and-coming novelist Paul on a train and builds a fast-moving relationship with him. Using Newton's laws of motion as a lens, it explores love, trust and what it takes to get off a train hurtling in the wrong direction.
