Remembrance Sunday is a service at St George the Martyr remembering those who have died in war, holding silence and believing love is stronger than death. The church joins the Cathedral and local dignitaries at the Borough War Memorial for an act of remembrance, followed by a Requiem Mass at St George's bringing grief, remembrance and longing for peace to God. Written by Fr Ben Bell, it continues the church's tradition, and all are warmly welcome.
