About
SouSou brings her EP 'Unspoken – EP Release' to the Roundhouse Davey Studio as part of Roundhouse Rising. SouSou is a South-East London based singer, born in France with Palestinian heritage, whose music fuses Arabic tradition with contemporary soul, inspired by artists like Fairuz and Yebba as well as French chanson. The EP gives voice to what had previously stayed quiet, tracing a personal journey through grief, memory and identity. At this launch event, each song becomes its own physical sensory world, with the performance happening in and around the audience in an immersive experience moving from silence toward voice.
