Roundtable: Unlocking London's Hidden Housing Capacity

An invitation-only roundtable bringing together senior built environment leaders. NLA and RDA Architects convene planners, policymakers, local authorities, developers, housing experts and designers to examine how small and constrained sites, such as overlooked brownfield land, former garages, workshops and service yards, could contribute more to London's housing supply. The discussion explores why viable sites remain undeveloped, how infill can add homes while strengthening neighbourhoods, and aims to identify practical recommendations for making better use of the capital's hidden housing capacity.
