About

Santa's First Christmas is a family theatre show for ages 4 and up, told mainly through dance and music in about 50 minutes. A Unicorn Theatre production and a world premiere, it is based on the book by Mac Barnett, illustrated by Sydney Smith, directed and choreographed by Olivier Award-winner James Cousins with music and lyrics by Harry Blake. It follows Santa, who is always too busy spreading joy on Christmas Eve to celebrate himself, until his loyal, big-hearted elves set out to give him the best Christmas ever with a huge tree, tasty treats and festive cheer.
