About
Shabbat Vayera | Live from Israel is a live-streamed Shabbat event over two sessions, Friday evening and Saturday morning. It is hosted by Kabbalah Centre Israel and taught by instructor Meir Yeshurun in Hebrew. The kabbalists viewed Shabbat as intense spiritual work rather than rest, using prayers, songs, meals and a Torah portion to cleanse the ego and help manifest one's potential.
