Talks and readings
SIAM JAMS: Plank and Linn on stochastic games and search.
About
A seminar in the SIAM Junior Applied Mathematics Seminar (JAMS) series, held in room 144 of the Huxley Building on Imperial College London's South Kensington Campus, with admission first come first served. Two speakers present their mathematics research: research postgraduate Philipp Plank talks on learning distributed equilibria in linear-quadratic stochastic differential games using an alpha-potential approach, and Dr Samantha Linn talks on stochastic search with dynamic redundancy and mortality, looking at searches where agents join and leave the process. Entry is free of a formal ticket process, as places go to those who arrive first.
