About
sliding doors is a showcase of great new music on the cusp of breaking through, held at The Lower Third. The bill features Juli von Lou, an artist, songwriter and producer based in Bergen whose indie pop has a folk base, old-time romantic lyrics and a 60s cinematic aura; Michael J Hemmings, a songwriter of six years who shares intimate songs in an indie-folk solo set; and muuk, a Copenhagen-based artist blending rock and shoegaze with soft, intimate vocals rooted in a nostalgic 90s sound. Entry is on a first come, first served basis, and a free ticket does not guarantee entry. The event is for ages 18 and over.
