Soen: progressive metal with Tribulation and Vulkan.

A concert by the Swedish band Soen, with support from Tribulation and Vulkan, at Islington Assembly Hall. Former Opeth drummer Martin Lopez and vocalist Joel Ekelöf lead the band in a sound blending progressive metal, post-rock atmosphere and melodic depth. Since their 2012 debut Cognitive they have released six studio albums, and their latest, Memorial (2023), was named Best Album of the Year by Metal Hammer Germany. The night is presented by Academy Music Group, whose venue runs a Support the Supports campaign with prizes for early arrivals.
