Stop Smoking Clinic is a drop-in service offering free, friendly help to quit smoking, held at Deptford Library. It is run by the Lewisham Stop Smoking Team, which provides one-to-one support, a personal quit plan, free or prescription medications including vapes, weekly CO readings and text messages. The clinic welcomes any smoker who lives, works or studies in the borough or is registered to a Lewisham GP, and all ages are welcome. Appointments can be booked by calling 0800 0820 388 or by email.
