Tea & Dharma Chats over tea with a Buddhist monk.

Tea & Dharma Chats is a monthly evening to slow down over a cup of tea and explore life's deeper questions together. It is led by Karma Ösung Gyaltsen, a novice monk in the Karma Kagyü tradition and a member of the worldwide Nalandabodhi community under Dzogchen Ponlop Rinpoche. Drawing on Buddhist teachings on wisdom and kindness, the session offers short readings, contemplation and conversation on universal topics such as working with difficult emotions and meeting daily challenges. The event offers an open, relaxed space for everyone aged 18 and over, whatever their background, belief or tradition.
