The Intergenerational Working Lab is a free half-day summit on making the most of five generations sharing one workplace. It is run by Better Bankside with speakers from Omnicom and other leading Bankside businesses, Intergenerational England, and Marnie Swindells, a boxer, barrister and winner of The Apprentice 2023. The programme covers multilateral mentoring, squiggly careers, ageism, and what great multigenerational teams look like, with talks, a hands-on workshop and practical tools to use straight away. It is open to everyone at every career stage, with lunch provided and networking drinks to finish.
