About
The Sauna Rave with Ruggz is a Friday-night sauna rave at Andsoul Sanctuary Sauna and Wellness Studio, where guests dance to music inside a custom-built sauna, flowing between waves of sound and steam. DJ Ruggz, a Bristol-based DJ known for eclectic sets spanning Garage, Grime, UK Funky, Baile Funk, 140, 2-step and Latin, is on the decks. Between the heat, guests can plunge into ice baths or mist showers for a full fire-and-ice dance. The session is phone-free, limited to thirty places, and asks guests to follow house sauna guidelines.
