The Shimmy Shake Up

The Shimmy Shake Up is a burlesque fundraiser themed around 90s one-hit wonders. Performers do not pick their own songs: a mystery wheel decides what they must dance to, and audience members can donate money to put a favourite 90s song on the wheel or even override it entirely. Every penny raised through the song donations goes to Sadie Sinner, a much-loved London cabaret figure who is recovering from surgery and unable to work her usual gigs. The lineup brings together seasoned favourites and newer talent from London's burlesque scene.
