Vines & Vinyl w. Andi Weigand

Bambi hosts Vines & Vinyl #4, an evening with the winemaker Andi Weigand, a good friend of the bar whose wines it has long championed. Andi farms 9.5 hectares of vines in Iphofen, mostly around the Iphöfer Kronsberg hill, whose unique Keuper soils give his wines power without high alcohol. The night launches a cuvee he blended earlier this year with Bambi's Sam, called "Just Missing a Disco Ball" (Müller Thurgau, two Silvaners and Pinot Blanc), alongside several other wines from his cellar. Head Chef Will will be cooking up Bavarian specials for the food menu.
