About
The Aquatheater Show is an interactive show at the New York Aquarium in which California sea lions appear alongside their trainers. The keepers of the aquarium stage it, and it centers on the bonds the sea lions have with their trainers. The animals learn behaviors from them that stimulate their natural instincts and aid in their care. It runs year-round, weather permitting, with a schedule that varies seasonally.
