About

A public information session about the water supply of the Cedar Downs Water District in the Stanwood neighborhood, which can also be joined via Zoom. Hosted by the town's Department of Public Works, it presents two options to meet upcoming federal limits on PFOA and PFOS, which current well results exceed: installing treatment systems on the wells or buying water from the Town of New Castle, the recommended and less costly choice. Attendees can ask questions and comment on the changes and their estimated cost.
