Church of the Holy Trinity, East 88th Street 316, 10128 New York, Manhattan
About
Centering Prayer & Meditation is an in-person gathering held in the round Cloister Chapel of the Church of the Holy Trinity. The church hosts the meeting, which begins with a 5-minute introduction followed by 25 minutes of silent prayer, concluding with the St. Francis Prayer. Attendees enter by the door between the ramp and the entrance to St. Christopher's Mission House, west of the main church entrance. All are welcome, whether Christian, from another faith tradition or none, and whether experienced or just beginning.
